Description
Macoupin County Housing Authority (MCHA) provides low-income public housing throughout the county. MCHA has 362 apartments in nine communities in Macoupin County. Rent is based on income. MCHA is funded thru Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). All applicants must pass a criminal background check.
